Shipping & returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 8–11 business days. We'll keep you updated with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship to all major cities and regions across South Africa.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details via email.
What vehicles does the Back Seat Boss fit?
The Back Seat Boss is designed to suit a wide range of cars and SUVs. Please compare the product dimensions with your rear seat measurements and confirm suitable grab handles are available before ordering.
Can a passenger still sit in the back with the hammock installed?
Yes! The zip on the left side allows the front half of the hammock to fold down flat, giving your passenger full leg room while your dog keeps their space — no need to remove the hammock.
Is the Back Seat Boss a crash-tested restraint?
No. The Back Seat Boss is a rear-seat cover and travel accessory, not a crash-tested restraint system. For your dog's safety, always use an appropriate harness or restraint in the vehicle.
Does the Safe Seat work with any harness?
Yes — the Safe Seat clips onto any standard dog harness. No adapters or special fittings needed.
Can the Safe Seat be used as a leash?
Yes. Once you park, it can be used as a lead — one less thing to carry on your trip.
Does the Night Rover replace my dog's normal collar?
No. The Night Rover should be worn alongside your dog's regular collar or harness, not instead of it.
Does the Night Rover come with batteries?
Yes — batteries are included so you can head out on your first walk straight away.
What does the LED light do on the Sure Trim?
The built-in LED illuminates the nail as you trim, helping you see more clearly and position the clipper with greater confidence.
What do I need to do before using the Sure Trim for the first time?
Remove the transparent electrical insulation sheet from the LED area before first use — the light won't activate until this is done.
What sizes does the Lekker Chill come in?
The Lekker Chill comes in Medium (100 × 75 cm) and Large (150 × 100 cm).
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
