Eligibility
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
How to Return
- Email us at our contact address with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm your return is eligible and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us in its original, unopened packaging.
- Return shipping costs are covered by Practical Pets.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any item that has been opened or used
- Any item not in its original packaging
- Items returned after the 14-day window
